Hunter and Family Breakfast for LEAP
Please join us for our first annual Hunter's and Family Breakfast, Saturday November 15th from 5AM until 9AM at the Lovell VFW on Smart's Hill Rd. in Lovell. Adults $6.00 and Children $4.00 All proceeds will benefit L.E.A.P. programs.
Gasping Gobbler 2008
On Saturday November 22nd at 10AM, our third annual 5K Gasping Gobbler Run/Walk promises to be a great day. To be held at the Lovell Rec fields, with prizes for the 1st and 2nd places in every age group. The top 10 walkers will get ribbons and of course a Gobbler(turkey) for the first runner, walker, and "middle of the pack". Lunch will be served for donation and t-shirts and snacks for all registered runners/walkers. Flyer and registration
Tour De Lovell Wrap-up
The 3rd Annual Tour de Lovell in Lovell, Maine was Saturday, August 9th in perhaps the driest morning in over a week of rainy thunderstorm conditions. In ideal low 70-degree temperatures and sunny morning skies, 58 cheerful cyclists participated in this bicycling event to raise monies for the Lovell Recreation Department and the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library youth programs.
