Please come to your first class with your registration and physical forms filled so we can get straight to the class.

We will be offering fun and easy to follow aerobics combined with stretching and strengthening routines, specially designed for older adults to improve your overall fitness, strength and balance while reducing your risk of many diseases and adverse conditions. Dress comfortably, a good pair of aerobic or walking shoes are recommended. Bring water to drink before, during and after class.

Joan Cope who attended our Seniorcise Exercise Class all fall and winter. She desired to get fit enough to put up her kayak on her top off her car all by herself. She embarked on a two to three times a week strength training program and regularly attend our Lovell Recreation Seniorcise Program for the last eight months. Well...she accomplished this task on Thursday, May 17th and demonstrated that if one stays true to their exercise programs, and have a realistic goal in mind, nothing is impossible....Congratulations Joan ! from all of us in Seniorcise and Lovell Recreation.
